If you are not satisfied with the received product, you can simply contact us via call, WhatsApp or email, and we will follow up with your case and arrange a product return according to your delivery option.
The returned product must be tagged and under the same condition as we sent you. If the product is damaged, stained or untagged, OneZhop may not arrange a return for you.
We provide different ways, for example *collecting at your door or direct returning it to us. You can simply choose the optimum return method and tell us your choice.
